Shingijutsu Kaizen - Operational Efficiency Project

I led a Shingijutsu Kaizen project aimed at reorganizing a key production area to sustain output, quality, and safety while reducing required resources. I coordinated a cross-functional team and guided the improvement activities from problem definition through implementation.

The project leveraged Lean tools including Yamazumi charts, Pareto analysis, Golden Zones, 3M analysis, and FIFO principles to rebalance workloads, redesign the layout, and eliminate NVA activities. The resulting configuration achieved the targeted efficiency and cost improvements without compromising operational stability or product quality.
